    It’s Physical Therapy! – Day 6

    I’m sitting in the parking lot of my physical therapist. I go to physical therapy on the recommendation from my doctor for fibromyalgia. I never look forward to going to physical therapy, but I always feel better afterward. Let’s see what today brings shall we?     How to Silence the Inner Critic

    This post may contain affiliate links. have found that living with my chronic pain that comes from Fibromyalgia causes me to be unkind to myself. These are some coping techniques I have used to fight the inner critic.
